Playing like a team trying not to lose, the 3 and 0 Bunkerbusters met the also undefeated Scott's Scuds in the Flyers Final. The final showcased speed and finese with just a bit of luck both good and bad. The Bunkerbusters fell behind early only to tie it up and surge ahead. They would then allow the score to be tied twice before heading to overtime. The Scud's pressed early in the overtime only to have a quick turnaround result in the winning goal for the Bunkerbusters just over 2 minutes into overtime.
